At SAYNE, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That’s why we’ve tailored our return process to give you flexibility while ensuring fairness and transparency.

Try-On at Delivery (Courier Wait Policy)

When your order arrives, you're welcome to try on the item while the courier waits at your door.

  • If the size is not suitable, you may refuse the item immediately and hand it back to the courier on the spot.
  • In this case, only the shipping cost will be charged to you.
  • The item must be returned unworn and in the same condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Standard Return Policy

If you accept the order upon delivery, you still have 7 days from the delivery date to request:

  • A different size
  • Or a replacement item (if in stock)

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unwashed, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, confirmation email, or order number).

To start the return or exchange process, email us at: anasfouadddd@outlook.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions and further steps.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at anasfouadddd@outlook.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items bought on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
